Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:

All orders are provided with a tracking number, which will be sent to the email you entered during checkout. You can track your package and receive updates throughout the shipping process.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, driver delays, holidays, etc., may cause slight delays in the expected delivery dates.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we suggest waiting a couple of days as sometimes packages are marked delivered before they actually arrive. We've had cases where the package arrived the following day. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact your local carrier to resolve the issue.
