Return Policy:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

Product Variations:

  • Please be aware that all squishies vary in squishiness. As each squishy is unique, we cannot guarantee a specific level of squishiness, and some may come with slight manufacturing defects, such as creases, painting errors, or small air bubbles. Since no two squishies are alike and slight imperfections are common, we do not accept returns for these reasons.

Packaging and Shipping:

  • Due to the nature of shipping carriers handling packages through multiple stations, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in perfect condition. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order during transit.

IF A PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS OR RETURNED TO SENDER, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
